Group Fitness Training
Group Fitness Training is the foundation of who we are at Mind To Muscle Fitness. These sessions are designed and programmed by our Coaches week in, week out, to bring you the best group training around. Each session is 45 minutes in duration, are suitable for all levels of fitness, and includes a specific warm up tailored to the demands of the program to follow. ​
These sessions have a capacity of 12 - 15 people, to provide you with greater access to our Coaches and the assistance they can provide with exercise regressions and progressions to suit individual needs.
