Meet Our Coaches

Mind to Muscle Fitness introduces our friendly, approachable, specialised, and well educated team of Coaches. We call ourselves Coaches because we are not your generic 'Personal Trainers'. We are highly educated individuals who can analyse movement, work on optimal posture and approach each client holistically and personally. We wish to coach and educate you on how to achieve optimal movement, strength, function and recovery. We aim to build a community of supportive, like minded people who wish to train to improve their mind, body and overall health and wellbeing. You will learn how to take ownership of what you want, so you can live a long, happy, healthy, pain free and functional life. ​The person who cares most about your health and fitness is you! So let us coach you how.
