Mind to muscle is a gym with a lot to offer. For me it is the access to one on one training that makes it my perfect fit. I have the complete focus of the coaches in a semi private environment. All of the coaches are amazing and I currently have the privilege of training with both Monique and Brent.

I had tried a few personal trainers before but struggled to feel truly accommodated, as I didn’t fit the typical gym demographic. Even the lightest weights felt too heavy, and I wasn’t sure how to move my muscles properly.
